This Copyright Notice outlines the intellectual property rights associated with Quick ID Card and clarifies what users may and may not do with our platform, content, and materials.
1. Ownership
Quick ID Card and all associated materials — including but not limited to the mobile application, web dashboard, source code, UI/UX design, ID card templates, logos, icons, branding, documentation, and marketing content — are the exclusive property of Quick ID Card and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India and international conventions.

2. Trademarks
"Quick ID Card" and any associated logos, product names, and slogans are trademarks of Quick ID Card. You may not use these trademarks in any manner without our prior written consent, including in product names, domain names, or marketing materials.
3. Your Content
You retain full copyright ownership of all content you upload to Quick ID Card, including student data and photographs. We make no claim of ownership over user-generated content. See ourTerms & Conditionsfor details on the limited license you grant us to process your content.
4. Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Quick ID Card solely for your school's legitimate ID card management purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application or its design.
- Distribute, sublicense, or resell access to the platform.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from the platform.
- Use the ID card templates outside of the Quick ID Card platform without permission.
5. Exported ID Cards
ID card images exported through Quick ID Card for your students are licensed for non-commercial, internal school use only (e.g., printing and distributing to enrolled students). You may not resell, redistribute commercially, or use exported ID card images for purposes other than student identification.
6. Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content on Quick ID Card infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to us containing:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific location (URL or screen) of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, and email).
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

7. Third-Party Open-Source Components
Quick ID Card is built using open-source software components. Each component is used in accordance with its respective license (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.). Attributions and license details for open-source dependencies are available within the application's settings or upon request.
8. Enforcement
We actively protect our intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Quick ID Card or its components may result in civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies for any infringement.
